# Add a comment into an alert

## Thanks to this video, you will learn how to add a comment on a Serenety alert but also to follow the activity and the actions realized.

The add comment page allows you to follow the history of comments as well as actions that have been performed on this ticket.

To access this page, click on "**My** **alerts**" or "**All** **alerts**" from the Serenety module:

You arrive then on the page of follow-up of the alerts, **click on the alert which you wish to comment :**
