# I'd like to be notified of alerts without details. What do I do?

## In this article, you'll find out how to disable the detail contained in alerts, in order to protect the confidentiality of the data.

 

### Desactivate verbosity for Portal notifications

**Step 1 :** Access your account settings

**Step 2 :** Open the ‘Preferences’ tab

**Step 3 :** Select the ‘**No details**’ option in the ‘Serenety: Email Notifications’ menu and **save your changes**.

**Step 4 :** Check that your alerts no longer contain any details.
