I'd like to be notified of alerts without details. What do I do?

In this article, you'll find out how to disable the detail contained in alerts, in order to protect the confidentiality of the data.

 

          Desactivate verbosity for Portal notifications



          Step 1 :           Access your account settings 





          Step 2 :           Open the ‘Preferences’ tab



          Step 3 :           Select the ‘No details’ option in the ‘Serenety: Email Notifications’ menu and save your changes.




          Step 4 :           Check that your alerts no longer contain any details.
