Click on the **Edit** button on the right of the page 2. Click on the **Contextual** **Data** button represented by 3 lines on the right side of the page 3. Change the status of your alert 4. Click on the **Ok** button 5. Click on the **Save** button represented by a small disk on the right side of the screen 6. Click on the **Edit** button on the right of the page 2. Click on the **Contextual** **Data** button represented by 3 lines on the right side of the page 3. Change the criticality level of your alert 4. Click on the **Ok** button 5. Click on the **Save** button represented by a small disk on the right side of the screen 6. Click on the **Edit** button on the right of the page 2. Click on the **Contextual** **Data** button represented by 3 lines on the right side of the page 3. Change your alert assignment 4. Click on the **Ok** button 5. Click on the **Save** button represented by a small disk on the right side of the screen 6. A pop-up confirming your action appears on the screen   The **Assigned** parameter identifies the person in charge of processing a Serenety alert. The alert is assigned by the consultants in charge of the Serenety monitoring during the alert creation phase, based upon the criteria defined during the set-up phase. In addition, you can also update this assignment through the interface. Click on the **Edit** button on the right of the page 2. Click on the **Contextual** **Data** button represented by 3 lines on the right side of the page 3. Change or add an observer to your alert 4. Click on the **Ok** button 5. Click on the **Save** button represented by a small disk on the right side of the screen 6. A pop-up confirming your action appears on the screen The **Observer** status allows to follow the history of an alert even for people who are not in charge of the operational management of the ticket (**Assigned** status).
