How do you reactivate your user account?
In this article, you will find out how to (re)activate your account if the activation link sent by e-mail is no longer accessible or if you have lost it.
To reactivate your account, simply request a password reset:

Go to the lePortail login page

Enter your user name (often your e-mail address) and click "Next".

Then click on "Forgot your password"

Enter your email adress in the field and click on "validate"

You will receive an email with the subject "[XMCO] Reset of your password" from the address "leportail@xmco.fr". In this email, click on the link to reset your password.
