How do you reactivate your user account?

In this article, you will find out how to (re)activate your account if the activation link sent by e-mail is no longer accessible or if you have lost it.

To reactivate your account, simply request a password reset:

  1. Go to the lePortail  login page

  2. Enter your user name (often your e-mail address) and click "Next".

  3. Then click on "Forgot your password"

  4. Enter your email adress in the field and click on "validate"

  5. You will receive an email with the subject "[XMCO] Reset of your password" from the address "leportail@xmco.fr". In this email, click on the link to reset your password.
