It is likely that other employees within your company will be able to benefit from Yuno.
Adding new users is therefore an essential step in setting up your platform.

Case : create a "mailing-only" user

With Yuno, you can create a user who cannot access the platform. They will then only receive Yuno bulletins by email.

Step 1: Go to the LePortail users list

To declare limited-access users go to the lePortail user list.

Click on the "+" symbol in the top right-hand corner. A pop-up window will open.

Step 2: Enter user details

In the window, enter the following information:

• the user's surname
• the user's first name
• the user's email address (mailing list possible)
• the language spoken (French or English)
• the subscription of the target entity. It is named "Abonnement Yuno - [ENTITY NAME]".
• the "regular user" profile.
• Tick the box "activate the account for email reception only"
